Spring has arrived in Monkey Wave! The 1.7 Blossom Update brings a breath of fresh air with the colourful Blossom Event, a reworked Bounty System, the beautiful new Blossom Valley Scenery, and a collection of enchanting new MonkeySkins. Let the flowers bloom!

New Bounty System
With the 1.7 update I've reworked the Bounty System. Bounty Tasks are bigger challenges that have you hunting down monkeys for great rewards. Unlike Daily Tasks, Bounty Tasks are always available: as soon as you complete one, a brand-new one appears instantly.
Bounty Tasks always reward you with Coins. Outside of events you also earn Bamboo, but when a Seasonal Event is active you receive that event's Seasonal Currency instead.
So I chose to make Bounty Events available even outside of seasonal events. With more and more MonkeySkins and Sceneries being added to the game, I wanted the Bamboo economy to be strong enough that players can actually unlock them. With the Bounty System, there's always an active way to earn Bamboo!
New MonkeySkins
This update adds three enchanting new MonkeySkins to the collection.
Flower Female Monkey
A beautiful spring-themed skin adorned with flowers for the Female Monkey.
DoveFeeder
A peaceful skin where the monkey is accompanied by adorable Doves as flying companions.
Dove
The adorable Dove that soars alongside the DoveFeeder. Included with the DoveFeeder MonkeySkin.
New Scenery: Blossom Valley
Blossom Valley is the newest scenery in Monkey Wave. Battle amidst blooming cherry blossom trees and a serene spring landscape, on this special variant of the Flower Valley map. A beautiful addition to your collection!
Blossom Event & Blossom Merchant
From May 1st to June 1st 2026, the Blossom Event is live! Collect Blossom Flowers through the Blossom Bounty Event and spend them at the limited-time Blossom Merchant for exclusive rewards.
The Blossom Merchant offers two fully exclusive items that are only obtainable during the event: the Fairy Princess MonkeySkin and the Fairy Princess Profile Icon. Make sure to grab them before the event ends!

Show off your blossom style with this exclusive icon. Only available during the Blossom Event!
Blossom Valley Scenery
Available as a special deal at the Blossom Merchant during the event. After the event ends, Blossom Valley remains available for purchase with Bamboo.

A magical fairy-tale look for the Honey Princess. Only obtainable during the Blossom Event!
Note: The Fairy Princess MonkeySkin and Profile Icon are exclusive to the Blossom Event and will disappear on June 1st, 2026. Don't miss them!
